Week 18/2026: 27 April Monday to 10 May Sunday

Wohooooo. Past 15 days were the most productive time of this year. Phasalu is done with the first chapter of its most ambitious project 'Agri-Art-Theatre'. From planning the camp to the execution, I poured my whole energy and brain, for it turned out to be the best ever that can happen!. 25 students, 7 days 7 agri themes, 3 resource persons I have a lot lot lot to tell about but still organizing what to tell. I need time to digest what and all happened. This chaos of happiness may continue till a month. I am thinking to come up with a booklet, with every moment of what happened during the camp, the before, and the after. It will take a time lot more than what it took during planning. It was so so refreshing and insightful working with kids. I have lots of pictures too.

In between several other interesting things happened. I took part as resource person on agri quiz 'krishi rasa prashne' conducted by 'Sonda Swarnavalli Matha' as part of 'Krishi Jayanti'. There was an agri graduates meeting by Indian Agriculture Technologists (IAT) associations, Uttara Kannada chapter. I attended that with Sujay. Next week I will be chilling mostly (but I have NMG work to do, and the cement pots work😬)

From last week’s post; yes, the lumbar back pain! It still hasn’t improved. But I’m slowly moving forward with the feeling that it has become a part of my life, and I just have to embrace it as my own. The only solution is to lay down & not stress the nerves, which is something I obviously cannot afford at this age and stage. Still, I’m thankful to God that it didn’t trouble me during the third trimester and post delivery. Week 2/2026: 5 Jan to 11 Jan

Ah what a good start to the year 2026! The week was colorful.  Of course cough and cold season's not over, but I got over it. Also the back pain, looks like it's going to stay with me forever, I have to move on; this week I mostly ignored it too. First was completing crocheting the iPhone mobile pocket. It's been incomplete for so many many days, and completing it was a pure achievement.  Monday morning I went for shopping at 'reliance trends' and 'babyhug'. There are not many malls like this here in our small town. Even the collection in this shops are also limited, very boring types. I went with an intention of buying some new kurtas of L size (M doesn't fit my mom body anymore), and I didn't like any. I came back. But it was so refreshing. Week 50/2025 : 8th December to 14 December

Dhruva is an year old. And it was time for vaccination. Typhoid+Hepatitis A. He already knew something bad is going to happen when we laid him on the hospital bed. He started crying way before doctor took out needle. Hungama lasted couple of minutes. We said thank you to our paediatrician in our own way: by giving a personalized notebook with our doc's name and a little embroidery. And we didn't miss giving chocolates to the nurse aunty. The little embroidered diary We had a pizza on the way back home at 'La pinoz'. We love the Indian flavours at La Pinoz. We have a domino's, but we don't go there. We don't like the thick crust of the pizza base. Although dhruva can eat anything now,, we prefer not to give junk untill he becomes aware of healthy v/s not.
